Mawulom is an institution builder and strategic execution partner with extensive experience bringing bold, high-impact initiatives to life across sectors. Known as "Mawulom Magic”, and a Master GyShiDo, she is the person organisations call when the stakes are highest and delivery is non-negotiable. She thrives at the intersection of complexity, ambition, and impact and operates with deep fluency across Africa, Europe, North America and beyond.
Previously, Mawulom served as Chief Operating Officer of African Leadership University where she helped to build 2 universities from scratch in Mauritius and Rwanda. She helped to shape the institution's formative years by leading operations and growth, and led the securing and deployment of a transformational US$110 million grant. She also co-founded the ALU School of Business and helped launch its flagship MBA programme.
Today, she serves as Group Chief Operating Officer at Crucible, a growing network of schools dedicated to developing the next generation of African leaders.
Beyond her executive leadership roles, Mawulom advises and supports organisations across entrepreneurship, philanthropy, economic development, leadership development, and the creative economy. Current and past clients and collaborators include the Mastercard Foundation, Ecobank Transnational Corporation, Amahoro Coalition, Christie Brown, and other ventures shaping Africa's future.
She serves on the board of Ubongo, Africa's leading edutainment organisation, where she chairs the Nominations, Remuneration and Governance Committee. She is also a Director of Zaria Group UK and serves on the board of EV House Ghana.
