Mazen is the founder and CEO of Infinite Roots (formerly Mushlabs), a biotech startup producing the next generation of sustainable foods from mushroom roots. Mazen has a PhD in Microbial Biotechnology. His passion for sustainability and impact-driven change has led him from conducting research on renewable energy to working for a global food tech company to founding Infinite Roots and realizing his mission to rethink how people produce and consume food. In his spare time, Mazen enjoys music, playing the piano and basketball.
