Meredith Manning is an accomplished life sciences strategic commercial executive. She excels in building global brands, launching groundbreaking products worldwide and is regarded as a steadfast champion of improving patient care and outcomes. Most recently, Meredith served as Vice President, Global Product Strategy Lead at Shire (previously Baxalta), where she led the Global Hemophilia Portfolio Marketing team. Meredith consistently builds strong, globally diverse teams who focus on improving standard of care through innovative treatment regimens and increasing global access. Prior to Shire/Baxalta, Meredith led consumer marketing and was National Director of the field nurse educator team for Vertex Pharmaceuticals’ Hepatitis C franchise. Her work was recognized with a ‘Small Pharma Marketing Team of the Year’ award and she was named one of the Top 25 Marketers of the Year in 2011. Earlier in Meredith’s career, she held roles of increasing responsibility for Pfizer Inc. across several therapeutic areas. She directly contributed to the development of oncology patient navigation programs, working with Dr. Harold P. Freeman to drive a promising concept into a healthcare movement. Meredith holds an International MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, and a B.A. from The Colorado College.
