As senior partner and global managing director of Accenture's talent and organizational analytics business, Dr. Michael Bazigos sponsors and scales the development, commercialization, acquisition, and sales of industry-leading service offerings and enabling products and platforms for global markets. Focus areas are future workforce leadership, cultural agility, talent, inclusion, and automation. Whether in internal or external leadership roles through his career, his passion for innovation, management by the evidence, inspiring people and teams, business-relevant science, and results have helped client companies perform across multiple industry sectors and geographies.
 
Before joining Accenture, Michael was elected vice president of OrgSolutions at McKinsey & Co. Earlier leadership roles spanned industry and consulting at KPMG US, IBM, and PwC Consulting. Within this span, he lectured at Columbia University’s graduate program in social-organizational psychology. As an education dean, he founded Pace University’s Center for Urban Education.
 
Michael earned his Ph.D. and M.Phil. in Organizational Psychology at Columbia University, MA in Industrial Psychology at New York University, and BA in Psychology at Pace University. A lifelong New Yorker, he lives in Manhattan and enjoys family time, global travel, performing stand-up comedy, playing chess and tennis, visiting museums, theaters, the beach, and meditating.
