Michael is a serial entrepreneur who has spent the past 20 years focusing on User Experience. His passion spans across a wide range of business sectors including mobile tech, live entertainment, tourism, opera and live concert experiences, immersive and transportive experiences, and the application of emerging technologies to all of the above. In 2016, he was profiled by the New York Times and heralded a “master of immersive experiences” for his groundbreaking work in the arts.
As a creative with boundless ideas, Michael credits many of his life and career breakthroughs to coaching. He was an early adopter of coaching, having worked with a coach (including his now co-founder, Sara Ellis Conant), since the early 2000s. Leveraging his knack for User Experience and disruptive innovation, he turned his full-time focus to the coaching industry in 2017 when he co-founded a)plan coaching.
