Mike Redding is a Co-founder and the former Managing Director of Accenture Ventures. I led the launch of Accenture Ventures in 2015 and was responsible for growing a global portfolio of strategic partnerships and equity investments in emerging technology Startups to support Accenture’s and their client’s business transformations. I led 38 Venture investments and the creation of a Global Open Innovation Network spanning 50 countries resulting in $1+ Billion services revenue growth. My investment and business growth priorities included Artificial Intelligence, CyberSecurity, Augmented/Virtual Reality, Blockchain, and Cloud (SaaS/PaaS/IaaS).

I am passionate about bold ideas that produced game-changing results over 29+ years with Accenture. I incubated and launched technology innovations for Enterprise Clients across multiple geographies and industries including Banking, Mortgage Lending, Insurance, Consumer Packaged Goods, Retail, Telecommunications, Life Sciences, and Public Sector Agencies (Defense and Postal).
