After 15 years in the tech sector, scaling and transforming B2B companies by tying strategy to product, operations, and delivery, Michelle pivoted to climate action by undertaking an MSc in Climate Change at the University of Manchester. Her areas of focus are food and nature based systems, carbon markets and intersectional adaptation/mitigation strategies.

Michelle is an Unreasonable Mentor. Michelle was part of Shell StartUp Engine UK 2021, and has advised over 9 Unreasonable companies.
Michelle launched her career in Toronto, contributing to business operations at a rapidly growing startup that was ultimately acquired by Avanade. Fourteen years ago, she relocated to London for what was intended to be a brief assignment, but she fell in love with the city and has since made it her home.
As a seasoned leader in operations, product delivery, and business transformation, Michelle excels in driving organizational success during periods of hyper-growth. Her expertise spans product development, product operations, data operations, data analytics, SaaS, and consulting within B2B industries.
Recently, Michelle furthered her academic journey by completing an MSc in Climate Change: Science, Society, and Solutions from the University of Manchester.
