Mikayla Wood

Mikayla is excited to be joining the Unreasonable Group, bringing a background in event operations and hospitality.

She began her career with Marriott International, where she progressed into leadership roles overseeing complex events and cross-functional teams. Through this work, she developed a strong foundation in execution, organization, and creating environments where people can connect.

Driven by a desire to create more meaningful impact, Mikayla pursued her MBA in London with a focus on business strategy and sustainability. She is excited to support Unreasonable’s programs by helping create experiences that bring people together to solve global challenges.
