Mike is an Unreasonable Mentor. Mike has participated in 10 programs, including Unreasonable Impact Asia Pacific 2024, and has advised over 132 Unreasonable companies.
An Unreasonable Fellow in 2013, Mike spent his early career as a creative adman working for clients such as Nike and Coca-Cola. After the guilt of selling beers and cigarettes caught up with him, he quit to start 17 Triggers in 2010, a Behavior Change Design Lab, dedicated to working 100% on good causes. 17 Triggers clients included UNICEF Global, WHO, Gates Foundation, Save the Children, World Bank, Asian Development Bank, MTV Foundation, and more. Mike led teams on 100+ projects across 20 countries in health, sanitation, water, agriculture, safe migration, human trafficking, financial services, education, climate change, gender equality, and more. Mike sold 17 Triggers in 2019. He then worked for the United Nations Development Programme's Chief Digital Office, where he helped launch a range of global digital initiatives to support UNDP's 170 country offices.
