Director of Portfolio and Investment Selection at Unreasonable

Minchan has been on the Unreasonable Team since 2022. Minchan has participated in 10 programs, including Unreasonable Impact Asia Pacific 2025.

Min is the Director of Unreasonable's Venture Selection team. He is responsible for Unreasonable's venture selection process - from sourcing, diligence and outreach - for our growth-stage, impact-orientated ventures tackling the world's most pressing problems.

Before Unreasonable, Min was at Hg Capital, a leading European PE fund focused on B2B software & tech, and was a strategy consultant at OC&C Strategy Consultants in London. He holds a BA in Economics from the University of Cambridge.
