After the Netflix's IPO Mitch was recruited by McDonalds to create Redbox where he was COO and then President for 8 years growing the annual revenue to $1.5B. Mitch was recruited to be President of Moviepass from 2016-2019 and since has become a public speaker on Disruption, Innovation and Building Team Culture.
