Molly Ward

Molly Ward is an energy, water, and sustainability executive with more than 20 years of experience across data center infrastructure, global technology, and the U.S. federal government. Most recently, she served as Vice President of Sustainability at Divcon, a data center energy controls provider, where she developed and led the company’s sustainability strategy and worked across energy, resource optimization, and stakeholder engagement. Before that, she spent more than seven years at Apple leading global clean energy and water programs. Earlier, she held energy and climate roles at the White House and U.S. Department of State. She also serves on the Board of Texas Water Trade. Her background centers on driving commercial growth and operational resilience through energy strategy, infrastructure planning, and cross-sector partnerships.
