Muzna Khan

Muzna serves as the President of Unreasonable Group, where she is responsible for unifying the organisation’s strategic priorities, driving execution across teams, and ensuring Unreasonable delivers consistently. In this role, she works closely with the CEO to translate vision into operational clarity, strengthen organisational alignment, and build the systems that enable Unreasonable to scale with integrity.

Previously, Muzna served as the the Vice President of Portfolio & Investments where she oversaw venture selection across all Unreasonable programs, and our founder support model. Within her role as President, she continues to manage the full investment lifecycle of the Unreasonable Syndicate, including sourcing, due diligence, governance, and capital deployment.

Muzna brings over a decade of experience working with high-growth companies across emerging markets and Europe. Prior to joining Unreasonable, she led portfolio value creation at 500 Southeast Asia as the portfolio expanded from 120+ to more than 250 companies across seven markets. Her work across emerging markets and beyond has equipped her with a differentiated understanding of how founders build in resource-constrained environments and how targeted capital can drive both commercial scale and meaningful impact.

Across her career, Muzna has been driven by the belief that entrepreneurship is one of the most powerful levers for democratising access to wealth and impact creation. She is committed to advancing operational and investment models that are founder-aligned, commercially rigorous, and designed to scale solutions where profit and impact reinforce - rather than trade off against - one another.
