Nayreen brings over a decade of experience across venture capital, investment banking, and private markets. At The Unreasonable Group, she leads venture selection, identifying and supporting high-impact founders building solutions to global ecological and societal challenges.
Nayreen is a happy rebel, a truth seeker, and fiercely passionate about her convictions. She thrives at the intersection of purpose and progress and is motivated by building a more humane and sustainable future.
Previously, Nayreen was an investor at 2150 VC, where she backed early-stage climate tech startups driving the transition of cities and industries. Earlier in her career, she led fintech investments at BGC Group, a $5B global financial services firm, advised on landmark Energy & Power M&A transactions at Rothschild & Co, and supported ultra-high-net-worth clients at Goldman Sachs.
Nayreen holds a First Class Honours degree in Economics & Management, has completed CFA Level I, and was selected as a Newton Venture Capital Fellow at London Business School.
