Neeta serves as Unreasonable's Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer (CFO & COO). She started her career in M&A investment banking at Goldman Sachs and made her way to the investing side at General Atlantic Partners where became enamored with building companies. To that end, Neeta found herself at in her most recent role as the COO/CCO of Activant — a growth equity investment fund with assets of $2.5bn. Neeta deeply enjoys working with entrepreneurs and brings her expertise building companies to any opportunity she can.
Prior to joining Activant, Neeta was the COO/CFO at Armarium Inc., a fashion technology platform where she focused on evolving the business model, building out operations and team, and fundraising. Prior to her start up experience, Neeta worked as a consultant, focused on business model, fundraising, go-to-market strategy and business development for consumer-facing and retail companies.
Neeta earned an MBA from Harvard Business School and undergraduate degrees from the University of Pennsylvania, both from the Wharton School and the Engineering School. She has supported and sat on the boards of multiple non-profits and greatly enjoys mentoring the next generation of impactful organizations (be that in the public or private sectors). Neeta joined Unreasonable as our COO/CFO in July of 2022 and her expertise and passion is helping our global team and community realize it’s full potential.
