Nicki was appointed as Head of Public Sector Banking in April 2018. She leads a team of 87 bankers across the UK, working with over 700 clients in Central and Local Government, Education, Social Housing and Charities.

Nicki’s experience at Barclays spans 35 years, working in a wide variety of roles – but always supporting our client proposition and linked to helping our clients achieve their own ambitions and goals.

As Head of Public Sector banking, one of her key areas of focus is to ensure that Barclays continues to innovate and provide world class products and services, designed to meet the changing demands of a sector which has the delivery of public benefit at its core.
