Nicola is a Managing Director in the Barclays Corporate Broking team, where she has been in this role for the past 10 years. She was previously part of the Corporate Broking team at UBS and before that spent five years researching European equities at US hedge fund Perry Capital.
Nicola has extensive experience advising UK companies, large and small, on their interactions with the equity market and has significant transaction experience, particularly relating to M&A and equity issuance, including IPOs.
Nicola has advised companies across a range of sectors, but is particularly knowledgable about and well connected in the Retail, Consumer, Leisure, Media and Telecoms sectors. 
She is current a retained advisor to a range of companies, including Associated British Food, Tesco, TUI, Royal Mail, Moneysupermarket, William Hill, Crest Nicholson, Watches of Switzerland, Mulberry and Ocean Outdoor. 
Nicola is particularly skilled at helping companies position their investment case to appeal to potential investors, managing all aspects of investor communication and relations and positioning and executing equity and M&A transactions.
