Nicole is an Unreasonable Mentor. Nicole was part of Project Literacy Lab 2017, and has advised over 13 Unreasonable companies.
Nicole is not someone with a single title, she is someone with a collection of titles that she mixes and matches to make marketing magic. She spent 12 years at LeadDog Marketing Group, a 200+ person full service marketing agency. There she served as Vice President of Brand Strategy leading global integrated marketing campaigns for brands such as Audi, Intel, Cirque du Soleil and Barbie. She took her passion for marketing and paired it with her love of the startup world founding an agency called Breed, dedicated to marketing and launching startups. She shepherded a number of new companies to massive success such as the Drone Racing League and Ball Up. She now works as a marketing consultant for brands that are doing good and making people feel good. Her clients range from the renown such as Google, to the institutions such as Handel Group, to the edgy, such as Tushy, a taboo breaking brand by the founder of Thinx. Nicole has won a number of industry awards for her work including Reggie Awards for Best Digital Campaigns and Telly Awards for Best National Television Commercial. She co-founded TEDx Williamsburg bringing together a community of passionate changemakers and serves as an advisor to a number of charities including Make Happy where she works with the United Nations on increasing happiness in countries around the world.
