She values relationships and building exceptional teams, focusing on maximizing everyone’s unique potential. By doing this, she believes we can capitalize on the evolution of new technologies, transforming how companies interact with each other and their people.

For over a decade, she has enjoyed finding simple solutions to complex situations for global clients, bringing together experience from HCM implementations across HR as a Solution and Business Architect – providing truly end to end solutions that work for the business, IT and end users.

Based in London, Nicole is a Managing Director at Accenture, in HR Consulting for UK/Ireland and has had the privilege of working around the world.
