Nicole Nice

Nicole is a legal business leader with over 20 years of experience working in the food and beverage industry, in both private law firm and in-house practice. Her 14-year career at Mars has spanned all Mars manufacturing segments, an acquired business, and Corporate, global and regional roles. Today, Nicole Nice leads Legal support for global Marketing & Innovation at Mars Snacking, including claims and trademark review, patent/IP support, and counseling around next generation ingredients. Prior roles include Global head of Legal for Champion Petfoods, where she served on Champion’s global business leadership team, and Assistant General Counsel – Food Law at Mars, Incorporated where she was responsible for Food Law compliance across all of Mars’ business segments (from human food to pet food to supplements) in the Americas and Asia. Nicole has also had roles focused on Mars’ Public Affairs agenda in the US and around the world, including global Sustainability and Health & Wellbeing Initiatives. She is passionate about authentic leadership, development and mentoring, best practices around Legal support for brand growth, and personal wellness.
