I’m a business leader, a change agent, and a designer.
I'm the global Chief Experience Officer (CXO) at Accenture Song. In that role, I work with the leadership team to set direction and strategy for Accenture Song globally, and I lead Song’s efforts to boldly reimagine products, services, and experiences with our largest clients across industries and markets.
Before becoming CXO at Song, I led Fjord, a pioneering global design team (now part of Accenture Song), for 20 years, having co-founded it in 2001. In that time, I scaled Fjord to be the leading global design team with studios in 35 cities, and guided Fjord toward its shared vision: to build and foster a culture where our designers, technologists and innovative thinkers are free and able to do category-defining work, creating breakthrough experiences that simply make people’s lives better, easier and more delightful.
I've done pioneering work with leadership teams of some of the biggest international brands across sectors, including Citibank, Santander, T-Mobile, the BBC, Disney, Adidas, Harvard Medical School, NatWest, and Qualcomm, among others. I'm a trend spotter and contributor to global publications including Forbes, the Financial Times, The Guardian, Fast Company, Fortune, Harvard Business Review, and WIRED, among others, as well as a frequent speaker at global conferences and events. I’m also one of a small number of Senior Managing Directors at Accenture, and I’ve been on Accenture’s Global Leadership Council since 2018.
