Osamu Hoshino is the Founder and CEO of Headspring Inc., a Japan-based power electronics and energy technology company. Since founding Headspring in 2014, he has led global business development in advanced power conversion, energy storage, EV infrastructure, and high-efficiency power systems. He is currently focused on next-generation power solutions for AI and data center applications, including high-power-density power supplies and emerging 800V DC power architectures. Prior to Headspring, he held international business and planning roles at Pioneer Corporation and GS Yuasa, and spent more than a decade at Trend Micro working on venture investments, new business development, and joint venture creation. He has extensive experience building technology businesses across multiple countries. He graduated from Keio University and earned an MBA from McGill University’s Graduate School of Management.
