Paloma Lopez is an expert in Marketing, Product Innovation and Sustainability with 18 years of global experience driving business transformation and growth for purpose-led brands in companies such as Kellogg and Clorox. Paloma is the Co-Founder and CEO of Future Fit Foods, the impact startup behind SUPPAS, a new generation of instantly fresh, convenience future foods that are delicious, plant-based, nutrient packed, and delivered in pocket size vessels made from compostable materials.
 
In her former global Director roles with Kellogg, Paloma spearheaded the first European Sustainable Agriculture program Kellogg’s Origins™ and helped champion its expansion to benefit 300K farmers. Paloma also played a key role positioning MorningStar Farms as a leader in plant-based eating and scaling up climate adaptation projects. Paloma helped pioneer Kellogg’s Tiger Tank Sustainability Edition mentoring employee intrapreneurs as they developed innovative and sustainable products to drive incremental business growth for Kellogg.
 
Recognized as a Global Sustainability Women Leader in Forbes, Paloma was selected as a First Movers ‘Social Intrapreneur’ Fellow at the Aspen’s Institute Business and Society Program, where she is now on the External Advisory Board.  Paloma is also a member of the Guild of Future Architects and a member of various university external advisory boards. Paloma holds an M.S. in Sustainability Leadership from the University of Cambridge and an M.S. in Business Administration.
