Unreasonable Mentors

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT- MANDULIS ENERGY
Patricia is an Unreasonable Mentor.
I attend Unreachable Oxford as a representative of Mandulis Energy, a fast-growing renewable energy company headquartered in Uganda, in which I also hold an investment stake. Driven by a deep commitment to sustainable development and responsible capital deployment, I bring both an investor perspective and business development expertise to the company's continued expansion.
My professional foundation spans twenty years in high-end real estate in Barcelona, a career shaped by a rigorous understanding of global markets, cross-cultural negotiation, and the demands of an international clientele. Over the past three years I have broadened my focus into business development, channelling that experience into new strategic ventures — of which Mandulis Energy stands as a defining commitment.
I hold a degree in Business Administration and Management, specialising in International Marketing, from Jönköping International Business School (JIBS) in Sweden. My postgraduate studies span a broad range of disciplines: the Arab World and Islam, Intercultural Mediation, Communication and Development Cooperation, and Emotional Ecology.
I am a published author — I wrote a book on refugee testimonies from CEAR (the Spanish Commission for Refugee Aid), published by the University of Barcelona. The book was the outcome of my postgraduate research and of five years as volunteer coordinator of the organisation's social participation area, an experience that continues to shape my belief in the intersection of business, culture, and human dignity and resilience.
Wellbeing and personal growth are at the core of who I am. I trained for a year in Kundalini yoga and a further year in Bioenergetics, complementing my postgraduate studies in Emotional Ecology. I believe life is a constant process of learning, and becoming a better version of myself is the driving force behind everything I do.
I am fluent in five languages — Spanish, Catalan, English, French, and Portuguese — a reflection of both my academic background and my lifelong engagement with diverse communities across Europe, Africa, and the Arab world.
