Paul is an Unreasonable Mentor. Paul was part of Shell StartUp Engine UK 2021, and has advised over 9 Unreasonable companies.
Paul is an expert on the design and delivery Zero Carbon programmes. He has advised government on carbon policy and corporate pioneers on market leading ESG programmes with a focus on the built environment. He combines a deep understanding of building performance and business strategy with a comprehensive knowledge of climate regulation and industry standards.
Paul is currently a director with ENGIE Impact, a leading strategy consultancy. Formerly he was on the leadership team and co-owner with Verco, a specialist multi-award winning sustainability consultancy, and oversaw the policy, strategy and reporting services.
Paul experience includes delivery of the seminal evidence base on energy use and reduction in buildings for the UK Government. Further to this he has worked with leadership teams across a range of sectors, such as commercial real estate, retail, industry and institutional investors on the zero-carbon transition. He also contributes to industry working groups on Net Zero and project managed the development of several industry standards.
