Paula Kelly

As Associate General Counsel- IP, Paula Kelly partners with business leaders across Mars Snacking to bring new innovations to market and help deliver sustainable business growth. Prior to joining Mars, she served as an executive legal advisor to two early-stage technology companies and was previously Assistant General Counsel at Baxter Healthcare Corporation, where she managed a wide range of legal matters for the Nutrition and Renal businesses, R&D Innovation Function and Baxter Ventures. Before joining Baxter, Ms. Kelly was a partner at an IP law firm in Chicago.
