Pete helps corporations optimize financial strategy by providing technical financial advice and analysis, with expertise in M&A and raising capital in the sustainability and energy industries.

With more than a decade of investment banking experience at Barclays, Pete has led or managed the execution of more than 40 merger, acquisition, divestiture, special purpose acquisition company business combination, like-kind exchange and joint venture transactions with a total deal value greater than $240 billion in the sustainability, energy, chemical and industrial industries.

Pete began his career as an officer in the United States Army, serving in leadership positions on multiple deployments across the Middle East and Southeast Asia. He holds an MBA in Corporate and Investment Finance from Duke University and a B.A. in Economics from New York University.
