Originally from the advertising industry at the beginning of the digital marketing revolution in the early 90's, I set up a number of digital marketing agencies. I became fascinated by marketing technology and how big data drives great advertising and content and moved to helping and investing in US based ad tech platforms launch in Europe, 3 of which had successful exits.

My passion for technology and working with very talented and innovative people lead to focusing on investing in and raising investment for early/growth stage technology businesses in the UK and US. Using the experience I have gained over the years and the wide network of people I have met and built relationships with, I help people achieve their ambition and realise their potential.

I am heavily involved in the start-up community in the UK being one of the founding judges for the Great British Entrepreneur Awards, a member of the UKBAA and founder of The Trusted Network, a member community of investors, entrepreneurs and corporate executives. I am also fascinated by company cultures and values which not only drive business success, but create a working environment and ecosystem in which business founders, leadership teams and employees thrive.
