Peter set up his first company aged 25 to pioneer the market in the UK for healthy eating and nutritional snack bars. After six years, he sold his business to a multi-national. This was later taken over by an even bigger multi-national. With his original business now threatened by closure, Peter seized the opportunity and bought it back. There followed ten years of strong growth, after which he sold the business again. He learned to fly helicopters and founded an aviation company. The business being sold soon after to the world's largest helicopter operating company, based in the US. He is co-founder of Sure Chill, which is pioneering an environmentally friendly energy storage technology that has the power to save lives, and improve healthcare and living conditions for millions. Peter was honoured in 1995 with an OBE by HM Queen Elizabeth for services to industry. With forty+ years experience, he is as energised as ever by his entrepreneurial spirit
