Pooja is an Unreasonable Mentor. Pooja was part of Project Literacy Lab 2016, and has advised over 16 Unreasonable companies.
Pooja is a social entrepreneur working towards creating a more inclusive, equal opportunities world. As an EIR at Central Square Foundation, she is building a product to help underpriveleged teens-at-risk make more informed career choices that put them on a higher life trajectory. She also works with institutions serving the differently abled to help them digitise and scale their offerings for improved access.
In her past life, Pooja worked with Pearson plc for nearly a decade in various strategic roles globally, latterly as Director, Global Portfolio Management. She is a passionate believer in the transformative power of education and its ability to bring about positive personal and social change. Over the last ~15 years, Pooja has advised businesses in India and globally on how to best grow and transform through a rapidly changing environment in both executive and non-executive / advisory roles. She has rich experience working with non-profits, having been a board trustee at Bell Foundation and now through her own start-ups.
Outside work, Pooja is an enthusiastic foodie and loves a good story in any format—on paper, film or over coffee.
