His passion is to alleviate poverty of all kind (especially ignorance) and provide richness to lives. He spent over thirty years as a scientist and an executive in the Research and Development departments of pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies. His educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry, an MBA (Finance) and Ph.D. in Pharmaceutics. He lives near Boulder, Colorado, USA with his wife Karen.
