Prash leads the strategic change execution function for Barclays in Asia Pacific and is responsible for the successful delivery of key growth and regulatory change programmes for the bank in the region. He is a member of the APAC COO Leadership Team and the global Corporate & Investment Bank Planning & Execution Senior Leadership Team. 

Prash joined Barclays in 2010 and was previously with RBS where he worked on several transformation initiatives ranging from post-merger business integrations to divestitures. Prior to his career in Banking, Prash was a management consultant with IBM where he led various client engagements across the financial services, telco and government sectors. 

Prash is a technologist by training and holds a Bachelor of Science with a major in Computer Science from the University of Sydney, Australia.
