Rachel is a seasoned project manager with over 15 years of experience, working in a number of different industries and organisations including Visa, Capital Group and PepsiCo.

During her 7 years tenure at Barclays, Rachel has held roles in Operations, Technology and as a Business Manager for a Front Office division. Rachel joined the Citizenship team in August 2017 and is responsible for engaging colleagues across Barclays to drive forward initiatives that deliver a positive societal and environmental impact.
