Radhika is a Managing Director and Co-Head of Barclays’ Financial Institutions Debt Capital Markets Group with 17 years of experience in capital markets and fixed income origination. Radhika leads Insurance & Asset Management coverage for North America, advising 50+ industry-leading clients on financing and capital structure solutions. Radhika has originated, structured and executed $100bn of financing transactions across global currency markets since joining Barclays in 2010.

Dedicated to recruiting, mentoring and sponsoring the best talent at Barclays, Radhika serves on the Steering Committee of The Women's Initiative Network, as Co-Captain of the Harvard Undergraduate Recruiting Team, and as sponsor and mentor through the Director Sponsorship and LEAD Mentoring Programs. Radhika has a successful history of volunteer Board service and fundraising for leading U.S. performing arts company, American Ballet Theatre.

Radhika holds a BA in International Relations with a secondary major in Economics from Stanford University, and an MBA from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, with majors in Finance, Strategic Management, and Entrepreneurship & Innovation.
