Rajeeb Dey MBE is Founder & CEO of Learnerbly - the marketplace for workplace learning. Over the last 17 years he has launched three initiatives to help people advance in their working life. Learnerbly is an award-winning curated marketplace of the best professional learning content from over 200 providers including coaching, courses, conferences, books, and much more. Learnerbly partners with progressive employers globally to create a culture of learning where employees own their professional development.

Prior to this, he founded Enternships, a portal connecting students and graduates to roles in over 7000 fast-growing businesses. Rajeeb is also the Co-Founder of StartUp Britain, a national entrepreneurship campaign launched by Prime Minister David Cameron in 2011, and served as Trustee of UnLtd, the Foundation for Social Entrepreneurs for over 10 years. He was recognised as the world's youngest Young Global Leader (at 26) by the World Economic Forum in 2012, received the Queen’s Award for Enterprise Promotion in 2013, and was appointed Member of the British Empire (MBE) for Services to Entrepreneurship in 2016.
