Prior to co-founding Reinova Partners, a mid-market energy transition investing firm, Ralf worked at Brookfield Asset Management from 2007-2014 and built out investing, operations and GP capability across renewables, infrastructure and private equity. He was among other roles Chief Investment Officer - Power & Utilties, CEO Brookfield Renewable Europe and Managing Partner Private Equity - Head of Europe. He has built businesses often in new sectors and new geographies including utilities, district energy, ran one of Ireland's European wind developers and been active in biofuels, batteries and carbon capture, often involved up to exit which in many cases has been to a strategic.
