Rebecca Shanahan is the Executive Director of WaterStart, where she's helped drive $5M in water technology investment across over 50 global projects — and now leading implementation of a waterwise framework in Nevada, aligning economic growth with the water resources it depends on. A former environmental biologist turned advocate, she also founded Grassroot Girls to connect young women with lawmakers.
