Regina Tarone is a Managing Director in the Global Leveraged Finance Group at Barclays responsible for coverage of the Consumer/Retail sector. Prior to joining Barclays in September 2008, Regina was a Vice President in the Global Leveraged Finance Group at Lehman Brothers. Regina began her career at Lehman Brothers in 2002 as an Associate in the Global Consumer/Retail Group after completing her summer internship at the firm in 2001. She has executed a number of transactions during her tenure at Barclays and Lehman Brothers valued at over $250 billion including LBOs, levered recapitalizations, acquisition financings, restructurings, IPOs, follow on equity offerings, special committee assignments and M&A advisory work.
Prior to entering business school, Regina worked as an Auditor at Deloitte in the Assurance and Advisory Services Group from with a focus on the Consumer Products sector. Regina received an MBA from the University of Maryland and earned a BS in Accounting and BA in French from Wilkes University.
