Richard is the Head of Wealth and Asset Management UK having joined Berenberg in June 2011 from Schroders Private Banking. He is the Founder of Impact Ventures UK, a social enterprise investment fund, Chairman of the Arts and Culture Impact Fund and Co-Founder of ReGenerate Trust. 

He is a Director of the Montpelier Foundation and Guy Foundation and also sits on the Advisory Councils of the London Philharmonic Orchestra and Big Society Capital. 

He was recognised as Impact Investor of the year in 2020 by the Digital Agenda Awards, is a qualified Chartered Accountant (ACA) and holds a BSc in Mathematics from Sussex University and PCIAM (Distinction).
