Rob is a Managing Director and the Head of Americas Equity Research for Barclays. He has run the Equity Research department since 2013, and has been with the firm (including its predecessor, Lehman Brothers) since 1996.
Rob's core responsibilities include the oversight of 180+ client-facing investment professionals -- industry experts covering the largest publicly listed companies in their fields. His responsibilities range from the recruiting, development and retention of high performing teams, to the strategic allocation of resources towards the firm's strategic clients.
Prior to his current role in senior management, he served in a number of seats globally with oversight of the idea-generation across all industry sectors. Rob began his career as a junior research analyst in the Healthcare Life Sciences practice and became a senior sector analyst in the Healthcare Technology arena. In his tenure as a producer and now manager, the department has been consistently recognized as one of the top Research houses across Wall Street.
Rob holds a BA degree in Business Administration with concentrations in Accounting & Economics. He lives on the Upper West Side of Manhattan with his wife, son and dog.
