Ronald is an Unreasonable Fellow. Ronald was part of Unreasonable Impact World Forum 2024.
Ronald is the CEO of Urban Spring, a certified B Corp and impact business that designs, services and manages an IoT network of smart water stations. As a chartered surveyor and WELL AP, he specialises in asset management and placemaking. He spends his days advocating how and why water stations should become standard built environment provision as well as advising clients on real estate matters.
For more than 10 years, Ronald has been creating value and positive externalities for stakeholders via deal-making, asset enhancement and strategic planning. He is a fellow of the Royal Society of Arts (FRSA) and an assessor for the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), sits on the Urban Land Institute (ULI) Hong Kong NEXT committee and advisory council of Harvard Business Review.
Ronald can be found at PropTech and impact events as well as watching documentaries and travelling. He is also an aficionado of horology and mid-century furniture.
