Global adventurer and sustainability advocate Roz Savage brings 30 years of experience in delivering projects across the corporate, nonprofit, and expedition sectors. With a background in law and management consultancy, Roz is passionate about inspiring and implementing change, using a systems approach to shape not only events, but also the underlying trends, structures, and narratives that govern human behaviour. 

Roz recently completed a doctorate on systems change, weaving threads from neuroscience, psychosynthesis, complexity theory, theories of the collapse of civilisations, and Taoism together in a dissertation entitled "The Ocean in a Drop: A Narrative of Reintegration for a Time of Disintegration". She is the founder of TheSisters.Global, a women's organisation, and is deeply involved with SEEDS, a regenerative currency for the new civilisation.
