Roshan is a senior operations executive, trainer and coach with a passion for building inclusive, purpose-led environments where all individuals are motivated to challenge the norm and create lasting change on the clients, colleagues and the world.
With 18+ years of experience in the Marketing & Advertising industries, Roshan is an accomplished leader with a proven track record in building high functioning teams, growing client relationships and successfully executing large-scale, complex projects for the world's biggest brands. She is an experienced talent management professional with expertise in leadership development, performance management and driving organizations to deliver on their vision and values. As a professional coach, Roshan helps passionate professionals who are looking to close the gap between where they are today and their ideal vision for the future. With a focus on women and people of color, her mission is to help self-motivated, driven individuals lean into their potential and shatter the external and internal barriers standing in the way of their success.
Outside of her work with corporate organizations, Roshan has experience as a consultant on social enterprise and corporate social responsibility initiatives in Cambodia, Thailand and the US, and works as a volunteer career development coach for low-income students of color navigating the job search process after graduation.
Roshan holds a B.S. in Finance and Marketing from New York University's Stern School of Business and a Masters in International Affairs from Columbia University's School of International and Public Affairs.
