I believe that a high-performance leadership team is critical for startup success. I coach and invest in young teams to gain confidence by working to try invalidating their theories of change, scale, and value while maturing the human and work systems for transparency, safety, empathy and speed. 

I invest where I coach/mentor teams, focusing on clean, climate, and ag tech spaces.

-A decade each of consulting, product leadership, and executive team membership

-A decade of corporate and non-profit board service; 

-Life as a regenerative cattle rancher, outdoor enthusiast, husband, father and active citizen
