Unreasonable Mentors
Sadia Harper
UX and Product Strategy Lead at fuseproject
Sadia is an Unreasonable Mentor. Sadia was part of Unreasonable Impact Asia Pacific 2018, and has advised over 14 Unreasonable companies.
My work as a UX strategist, researcher, and designer encompasses everything from conducting research, to defining target users, design principles, use cases and requirements, to designing and testing prototypes. Throughout my process, I work closely with the product and marketing teams to understand their needs, communicate UX goals, and ensure all teams are aligned in delivering a unified experience.
I've spent more than 10 years exploring user experience through different lenses. At Crate & Barrel, I designed the experiences of physical retail spaces. At YouTube, I explored user trends, online communities, and digital brand relationships. At Intel, I managed the UX process of their wireless charging initiative. At Sterling Brands, I focused on research and brand strategy to help brands differentiate their positioning and their products. At Collective Health, I focused on gaining a full understanding of our user through research so we could build the health benefits experience they wanted, needed, and deserve. And currently, at fuseproject, I give our clients strategic product direction and lead our design teams in creating the impactful designs that fulfill the new vision.
