Saideep is an Accenture veteran with over 3 decades in new services breakthrough and practice scaling. He is a founder of an AI services company helping growth ventures take advantage of AI and in parallel, launching a non-profit research company supporting skills transfer for people affected by life changes, including AI. He is a strategic advisor to some diverse start-ups across Sustainable Supply Chains, Ed-Tech through to Agentic AI Tooling.

While at Accenture, Saideep launched their software-as-a-service practice, including the Salesforce Business group, from inception to a multi-billion-dollar business. As Accenture Global Innovation Lead, he helped clients and entrepreneurs harness and scale innovation.

Saideep is passionate about development of people/teams/students at work and in schools, and having an impact in the local community. Saideep and his wife Shivanee live in Philadelphia with their three adult children.
