Started a rural agricultural training center to train youth in sustainable agriculture and animal husbandry. Trained masons in village latrine and water catchment construction and sale. 2001 Climate Change Caravan, Canada Cycled 10,000 Km across Canada with a support bus running on used vegetable oil, solar panels, and wind. Promoted practical solutions at the household level to reduce GHGs by 50% through community festivals, slide shows, press conferences, and meetings with mayors and town councils. 1998-2000 Variety of experiences working with US Consulates, Conservation International, USAID, and local NGOs on program assistance with international development projects.
