Samiya was the parent of a disabled child and was his full-time carer. Using her first-hand experience with the frustrations and challenges of ensuring her son had a basic standard of living. She has done extensive work in the local community to make services better for children with disabilities and their families.

Her role at Andiamo as Chief Family Officer is to be the guardian of the families experience, ensuring that their dignity is protected at all times whilst delivering an exceptional service. Samiya combines real-world experiences with the Andiamo technology to create a truly empathetic service.
