A pioneer in her industry, coaching leaders since 2000, Sara and her team provide coaching to changemakers via a)plan coaching—proven coaching methods made accessible through technology, standardization, and scale.
Sara started coaching after two years of advanced leadership coach training by her father, Dave Ellis, one of the founders of the coaching industry. She has coached hundreds of leaders to make life-altering, lasting improvements in leadership, productivity, communication, and quality of life. She has experience across sectors including public (City of San Francisco, UC Berkeley), non-profit (Biomimicry Institute, Help A Mother Out, Net Impact, Opportunity Collaboration, RSF Social Finance, Tides Foundation), and corporate (Amazon, Applied Materials, Autodesk, Capital One, Chevron, Clorox, Deloitte, Gap Inc., Google, MetLife, Nike, Pfizer, Stripe).
Sara has an MBA and a BA in Sociology from Stanford University. She divides her time between the Bay Area and Maine with her husband and their four teenage children.
