My expertise centers on helping organizations understand where industries, technologies, and business models are headed—and what they need to do to stay ahead.
For more than a decade, I've guided organizations through emerging shifts in consumer behavior, technology, health, and culture, turning ambiguity into innovation, new ventures, and sustainable growth opportunities.
My career has spanned both building businesses from the ground up and helping established organizations rethink where their industries are headed next. I’ve led innovation and growth initiatives across Fortune 100 companies, startups, and founder-led businesses, often operating at the intersection of strategy, systems thinking, commercialization, and execution.
Currently, I help lead Future Strategy & Innovation initiatives at Dig Insights, where I focus on evolving traditional insight and innovation models into more agile, AI-enabled, action-oriented systems designed for how organizations need to operate now and where they will need to go next.
Prior to this work, I founded Prismatic Plants, an award-winning consumer health brand built from scratch in a highly regulated industry. Building this company gave me firsthand experience navigating everything from product development and supply chain operations to brand strategy, customer acquisition, regulatory complexity, and operational resilience.
Across both consulting and entrepreneurship, I’ve consistently gravitated toward undefined, high-complexity problems:
-- building new capabilities inside organizations
-- operationalizing future-facing ideas
-- identifying overlooked growth opportunities
-- aligning cross-functional stakeholders
-- turning strategic thinking into executable plans
I’m particularly energized by the future of consumer health, AI-enabled systems, longevity medicine, and the evolving relationship between technology and human wellbeing. I believe the next generation of transformative companies will be those that help people genuinely thrive — not simply optimize for extracting value from them.
Core areas of focus include:
• Innovation & Growth Strategy
• Zero-to-One Business Building
• Consumer Health & Wellness
• Strategic Foresight & Cultural Intelligence
• AI-Enabled Workflows & Operational Systems
• Cross-Functional Leadership
• Product & GTM Strategy
• Organizational Transformation
• New Venture Development
Outside of work, I’m endlessly curious about health optimization, circularity, connection + community, cultural shifts, and the future of how we live and work.
